Is the training virtual or do you have to go into their head quarters?

This company is not a scam but just because you are hired does not mean that they have work available. I was hired last year and was not called until this year.
Their paperwork is incredibly slow, their instructions confusing, and their website is incredibly confusing to navigate.
I was instructed to click on a link for my program to take my test and could not find it anywhere on their entire website.

Thanks for your feedback. I’ve noticed a lot of company’s with the “rush -to -wait theory. I guess it just forces us to practice having more patience.
