I follow a lot of work at home blogs. But only a few of them stick with me for the long-term. Work at Home Mafia is one blog I have followed for several years.

Work at Home Mafia is owned and managed by Kim Artlip who has been working out of her home for over 20 years!
Kim has worked in many professional positions with experience ranging from entrepreneurial to human resources to corporate management.

From social media topics to tips on improving your home business sales Kim shares what has worked for her and has often opened my eyes to reality I often try to ignore. Kim has many times given it straight. When I have had issues with feeling as though my clients run all over me, she has told me flat out to set my boundaries and just say no! One of my favorite blog posts of hers is NO Really Does Means NO!  I respect Kim’s honesty and ability to avoid sugar coating reality!

The site is filled with valuable resource to those wanting to work from home and skip the daily commute to work. 

Work at Home Mafia has a Telecommute Job Directory organized by job types. The lists of companies that hire work from home seem to go on and on! This is one of those resources you find many others charging money for access. But Kim shares her information for free.

All around professional! 

This site is clearly set up in a professional way. The site is easy to  manage and well organized. It can be fun to browse her site. I am not sure what it is about the buttons and all the icons she has. But I get sucked in and really enjoy looking at all she has to offer.
