Wow. I gotta say, that’s pretty sketch. And if they advertise as a chat service, how come they want so much phone work? Hmmmm, too many red flags especially without a website. just my opinion.

I worked for these people for 2 1/2 years. 6 months into my contract the upper management staff started bailing like rats deserting a sinking ship. I started with a paycheck of $1500 a month for about 150 hrs of work. By Dec of this year, I was still working 150 hrs a month but only making $300 a month.
Management is for the most part absentee. They give you a printed script and you are pretty much on your own.
The Hazuki Glasses they are hawking to Seniors on a limited income started at $100, then went to $120 and are now $140
They over hire because no one stays long. If you are at the bottom of the seniority ladder you will starve. Calls are routed to senior agents first. I was at the top of the ladder and I was starving.
Best advice I can give you…look elswhere.
