When doing research for my ebook, I read a very helpful one called Ultimate Work From Home Jobs, by KT Bell. In this book, I found out about several companies that allow their employees to work from home either completely or at least partially. One company that really sparked my interest is MomCorps. MomCorps is a company that provides information about jobs which can be worked from home either 100% or at least part of the time. This post will provide more information about MomCorps, including how to find work from home jobs on their site, and how to stay updated with the newest jobs posted on their site.
What is MomCorps?
MomCorps is a talent acquisition and career development firm that specializes in providing jobs with flexible arrangements – jobs where some or all of the work can be done from home. They also have other resources that potential candidates can use to educate themselves, such as a blog, an e-newsletter, and an archive of past webinars they’ve done on different topics.
What kind of jobs does MomCorps hire for?
MomCorps hires/recruits for all kinds of jobs. At the time this blog post was written, MomCorps had listings for jobs such as Accountants, Research Analysts, Project Managers and Controllers, just to name a few.
How can I find work from home jobs with MomCorps?

Pros and Cons of Working for MomCorps
- Flexibility: MomCorps specializes in providing flexible job opportunities, which can be beneficial for individuals who need to balance their work with other responsibilities, such as childcare or personal commitments. This flexibility allows for better work-life integration.
- Remote work options: MomCorps offers remote work opportunities, which can be advantageous for those who prefer or require a work-from-home setup. Remote work can provide increased autonomy and save commuting time and expenses.
- Tailored opportunities: MomCorps focuses on connecting professionals, particularly mothers, with job opportunities that match their skills and preferences. This personalized approach can lead to a better fit between job seekers and employers, resulting in job satisfaction.
- Supportive community: Working with MomCorps can provide access to a supportive community of professionals who understand the challenges faced by working mothers. This network can offer advice, resources, and a sense of camaraderie.
- Limited job pool: While MomCorps specializes in flexible and remote work, the number of available job opportunities may be more limited compared to broader job search platforms. The specific requirements and preferences of job seekers may also impact the number of suitable positions available.
- Dependency on the platform: As MomCorps acts as an intermediary between job seekers and employers, individuals may become reliant on the platform to find employment opportunities. This dependency could limit their exposure to other job search methods.
- Varying job quality: The quality and nature of job opportunities provided by MomCorps may vary. Not all positions may align with a job seeker’s desired industry, career progression, or compensation expectations. It’s important for individuals to thoroughly assess each opportunity to ensure it meets their professional goals.
- Possible competition: As MomCorps connects professionals with job opportunities, there may be competition for certain positions. Individuals may need to showcase their skills and qualifications effectively to stand out among other candidates.
If I don’t find a job I want to apply for, can I be notified when jobs I’m interested in are available?
Yep! Just register with MomCorps and indicate the types of jobs you’re interested in, and MomCorps will send you an email when new jobs are listed that match your preferences.
This is just a brief overview of the MomCorps website – the best way to find out more about the site is to visit MomCorps and see what they have to offer.
