Perfectly Posh is one direct sales company you’ve probably heard of before.

It sells some fun body and skincare products you can use to pamper yourself (who doesn’t love some pampering?) and offers a business opportunity for you to earn some cash.

There are a lot of mixed reviews about this company, though, which is why I wanted to research it to give you an overview of the business opportunity and its pay structure before you go spending your money on it.

What is PerfectlyPosh?

Perfectly Posh is an intriguing company filled with care products, like body care, anti-aging, lip products, and more.

The focus of the company is pampering, mostly for women, but it does also sell some men’s products.

All of the company’s products are made in the USA and use natural ingredients without fillers.

It’s been around since 2011 and is one of the most popular multi-level marketing (MLM) companies, partly because of the products it sells and its well-known Buy Five Get One Free motto where you can buy five regularly priced products to get one for free.

What Products Does It Sell?

Perfectly Posh has some really great products in a wide range of categories, all focusing on pampering.

Here are some examples of what you can find here:

• Purifying skin sticks
• Hand cream
• Face wash
• Lip balm
• Bath bars
• Detoxifying face masks
• Lip tints
• Foot masks
• Eye shadow
• Tanning cream

The company also has bundles of products that put together some of its best options focused on specific issues, like the Defiant Collection of anti-aging products.

What Do You Do as a Perfectly Posh Consultant?

Perfectly Posh has a home business opportunity for consultants who want to earn some money from home.

As a consultant, you’ll sell Perfectly Posh products to your network and earn commission from your sales and by getting team members to join underneath you.

You can sell directly to people you know, online with a website or through social media, or by hosting parties.

With Perfectly Posh, you can become your own boss with your own company, so there’s no specific hours you need to work.

How Much Does It Cost?

Perfectly Posh has a few pricing options to meet your needs as a consultant.

Starter kits start at just $30.

The basic starter kit for $30 includes mostly business tools, like notepads, a catalog, and informational cards about products and the business opportunity to hand out to others.

Or, you can go for the $99 kit that comes with all the business materials from the $30 kit plus some products to get you started with selling or hosting a party.

If you’re a member of the military – a veteran, active duty, or even a family member – you can get a discount and pay only $85 for the $99 kit.

You’ll also need to pay an additional $10 per month if you want to have a Perfectly Posh website set up for you to sell products from.

How Much Can I Make?

The commission for Perfectly Posh starts out kind of low for an MLM company at 15%.

However, depending on your personal volume tier, you can earn as much as 40% commissions.

If you have people in your downline – or other consultants as part of your team – you’ll make even more money.

You can earn up to 15% of commissions from consultants in your first tier (those directly underneath you) and second tier (those that your first tier signs up underneath them).

It definitely pays to get team members on your side!

Perfectly Posh Reviews

I did a lot of research to find several Perfectly Posh reviews from real consultants to learn what they had to say about the business and whether it’s all it’s cracked up to be.

Here were some of the more common opinions:

Monthly Website Cost is a Drawback

Like many MLM companies, Perfectly Posh charges you a monthly fee to have a website (although some companies offer this benefit for free along with your starter kit purchase).

For Perfectly Posh, it’s $10 a month.

If you’re only bringing in $50 to $100 a month, which is reasonable with this business, that $10 really eats away at your profits fast.

And, you don’t get anything fancy with your website.

It’ll just be a basic website that looks like Perfectly Posh and has your name at the top.

You won’t be able to add a blog to it or anything else that could potentially pull in customers.

You’re better off spending the $10 on a website of your own that you can set up exactly the way you want to.

Pay Plan Isn’t Great

The pay here is low compared to a lot of other MLMs.

Most consultants won’t make it past the 15% commission mark unless they seriously focus on leveling up their business by spending a lot of time recruiting new consultants and hosting home parties to sell products.

The chances of you getting to the 40% commission tier is low.

Some consultants have also noted that the pay plan has changed a lot over the years, and not necessarily for the better.

Instant Payments are a Plus

On the flip side, people do like that you can get instant payments from Perfectly Posh.

For any of your personal sales commissions, you can receive payments in as little as 3 hours, which is awesome when you’re short on cash.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work the same with your downline’s commissions; you’ll need to wait on those until Perfectly Posh makes its regular payments.

Several Company Changes Make Selling Challenging

I read several complaints from consultants who said that Perfectly Posh has made a lot of changes to its company in recent years, so I did a little digging to see what they meant by that.

Apparently, Perfectly Posh originally focused on making its products $25 or under, which means that it was affordable for most people.

However, some consultants have said that the company’s changed a lot of its pricing without changing product sizes – or even making them smaller.

I can understand why this would prove difficult for consultants who are used to promoting things one way, only to have to change their promotion tactics to talk about products that might not be as affordable as they once were.

How to Join Perfectly Posh

Are you ready to join Perfectly Posh and see what it has to offer you?

You can get started by heading to the Join page and choosing a kit to purchase.

Once you register and buy your kit, you’ll become an official consultant with Perfectly Posh and can start selling to customers.

Alternatively, if you want to learn more about Perfectly Posh products and see how many of your friends or relatives might be interested in your business, you can always choose to host a party first.

To do this, you just need to find a host (or look on the website) and sign up to host a party in your home or online.

It won’t cost anything to host a party and you’ll be eligible for rewards, like getting free and discounted products based on your sales.

After your party, you can always decide to join as a consultant if things go well!

What are the Pros and Cons of Consulting for Them?

Pros of Being a Perfectly Posh Home Consultant

Flexible Schedule: As a home consultant, you can set your own hours. This flexibility can be an advantage if you have other commitments and need a job with a flexible schedule.

Product Discounts: Perfectly Posh home consultants typically have access to discounts on the company’s products. If you’re a fan of their products, this can be a significant perk.

Potential for Earnings: As with other MLM opportunities, the potential for earnings can be quite high, especially if you are able to recruit others into the business and build a large team.

Support and Training: Perfectly Posh provides training and support to their consultants, which can help you learn more about the products and how to sell effectively.

Cons of Being a Perfectly Posh Home Consultant

Initial Investment Required: To start as a home consultant, you’ll likely need to purchase a starter kit. This initial investment can be risky, especially if you’re not sure whether you’ll be able to sell the products.

Perfectly Posh Review: Is Perfectly Posh Legit or a Scam?

Perfectly Posh is a legitimate company that I’ve personally seen some friends have fun with, although I don’t know anyone who’s been able to make it their full-time business.

But that doesn’t mean it can’t happen.

If you work your way up as a consultant and drive people to your sales team, then you could find success.

Perfectly Posh has been in business for several years now and it’s still one of the more commonly talked about MLM companies.

There’s no denying that it has some excellent products, but the issue is that many of them may not be very affordable for some, which can be a drawback when your commissions are based on your sales.

You can always host a party to get a taste for the company before stepping into a consultant role, or find a local consultant using the website to chat more about the business opportunity.
