What to Wear When You Work at Home

Updated on: by Amy Kennedy

Break TimeWhen I titled this blog Work at Home Adventures, it was with the intent that Working at Home is truly an Adventure, it is never dull and you never know what to expect next. We have our ups and we have our downs. Unfortunately, for many of us things have been down lately.

These last few weeks have been testing the patience of many of us working at home. Most everyone seems to have little to no work available, hours are being cut, people are being dropped from programs, jobs and companies are changing quicker than we can keep up! With Christmas around the corner, this has added a ton of stress on many of us. I think it is time for a little comic relief! What do you think?

So, I went shopping for some new work at home clothes the other day! Do you think these could be tax deductions?

Am I the only one who finds these items practical? LOVE the bib!

I love them. It’s really nice considering we get discounts on our uniforms (LOL). I love your blog, it has helped to encourage and inspire me to work from home!

HaHa, yes! I just love that bib. Actually I love how that woman is sitting so nicely and looks so reformed with her cup of coffee and over-sized baby bib- with half her cup spilled on it. But she continues to smile as though entirely oblivious to it.

Absolutely hilarious!!! I’m actually considering the slippers with the lights on them. Boy will it save my toes from kissing the edge of the couch or my bar stools when I’m up late at night =) lol Great post!!

I could use the bib too. My chair wears most of my coffee stains.

Do you think the red snuggie suit will make me look fat?

Thanks for the humor, Miranda.

Oh Noe Leisa, that snuggie will only cover up our rolls and flab 🙂

Yes, the snuggie! I had forgotten about that one! I agree, that fits perfectly with the rest of these.

Thanks for the laugh Miranda 🙂

I actually have one, I don’t use it often, but I actually do really like it! I think it was a good idea 🙂

This is hilarious. I have actually been tempted to buy some of those pajama jeans. They make them look so enticing on the infomercials. And I definitely could use the bib. Thanks for lightening my workday. 🙂

I always wanna buy those jeans too. But my rolls will not go well with them. I wish they did fit like the actually look.

LOL the onesie!!! I could wear matching onesies with the baby.
I get made fun of a lot for still wearing my PJ’s at any hour of the day..I respond..my home is my office and we have a strict PJ’s only dress code! 🙂 I should put up a sign.

I need that bib, I’m amazed at how much food I spill on myself all the time, my tide pen is going into over drive ROFL. I have been debating about the pajama jeans for a few months now, think I would like them. That hooded PJ set, no that would not work for me, I’d be on the couch watching movies not working that looks too darn comfy right there. I want a Snuggie this year so I’ll be nice and warm watching 24 hours of a Christmas Story = ) Thanks Miranda for lifting the days spirit¦¦¦
