GreenPanthera Review: Can You Make Money with This Get Paid To Site?

Updated on: by Amy Kennedy

Some Get Paid To sites are way better than others with what they offer and how they pay. Green Panthera is a newer GPT site you might not have tried yet, so we found out all the details about it right here. Is it a legit place to make money with surveys, offers, and shopping? It’s no secret that Get Paid To (GPT) sites can be scammy.

It’s also no secret that, if you use the right ones, you can make some good extra money just from completing fun web-based tasks, like checking your email, sharing your opinions in surveys, and signing up for offers.

You need to know where to go, though, to maximize your time and your earnings, which can be tough when there are so many of these sites to comb through and test out.

One site we’ve come across recently is Green Panthera.

We decided to go ahead and test this one out ourselves to see if it lives up to its claims of making you some extra money and whether it’s worth your time to sign up for.

What is GreenPanthera.com?

Green Panthera is a GPT site similar to many others out there.

Upon first glance, it kind of reminded me of Fusion Cash, only with a slightly different look and, of course, a panther as a mascot that looks pretty tame.

Digging a little deeper, I found that it also offers a lot of the same kinds of methods to earn cash, like paid surveys and offers.

Unfortunately, the site has no information about who started it, when it was founded, or even a FAQ section to help you learn more about how it all works, so I couldn’t find out any more about its history.

There are some online reviews about the site that have been around since 2017, though, so I’m going to say that it probably hopped on the web around that time.

Who Can Join Green Panthera?

You need to be at least 18 years old to join Green Panthera.

The site accepts members from a wide range of countries, including the USA, Brazil, Germany, China, the United Kingdom, and Canada.

However, you must be eligible to have a PayPal account, as this is how the site pays.

How to Join Green Panthera

To register, you just need to click the Register button at the top of the page and fill out the quick form.

You’ll need to verify your email address by clicking the link in the email Green Panthera sends you, which will take you to your profile to fill out more information, like your PayPal email, birthdate, etc.

Once you do all that, you’re officially a member of the site.

How to Make Money on Green Panthera

Let’s go over the different ways you can earn money on Green Panthera, since there are several to choose from.

$5 Sign Up Bonus

First, you’ll notice that Green Panthera offers a $5 sign-up bonus for new members after they register and confirm their account.

According to the site, you should see this $5 immediately upon registering, verifying your email address, and filling out your profile.

I did all that so that I could test out the site for myself and learn more about how it works since there isn’t any information on the site to help.

Unfortunately, days later, I’m still awaiting my free $5 sign-up bonus.

I’m not sure if this is a common issue or not because I can’t really find out much about it in other reviews, but it’s enough to make me a little hesitant about continuing with Green Panthera.

You can always try registering for yourself, though, and seeing what happens.

Fortunately, it’s free to sign up and only takes a couple of minutes, so you won’t really be wasting anything by trying.

OfferWall

The OfferWall is a place where you can sign up for free, trial, and paid offers, like registering as a member of websites, getting a trial of a magazine subscription, or buying a monthly box subscription.

Green Panthera partners with three different OfferWall companies: Adscend, Persona, and Toro.

Signing up and completing any of the offers from any of the partnered offer companies will give you some extra money in your Green Panthera account.

There are a lot of offers to choose from, and they can range anywhere from a few cents in rewards to several dollars for rewards, depending on what they are.

Some are as simple as downloading a new app to try.

Paid Surveys

To find the paid surveys on Green Panthera, you need to go to your account and click on Earn Money.

You’ll then see the surveys that are available, which will change frequently depending on how quickly they get filled up and what surveys are available in your area.

Currently, I see six surveys that range in rewards from $0.50 to $0.75, which isn’t too bad if they’re short surveys.

Unfortunately, unlike other paid survey sites, Green Panthera doesn’t give me an estimated time for how long each one will take, so I can’t really tell if these are good prices for the time I’ll spend taking them.

However, I have seen some reviews that say it’s tough to qualify for Green Panthera surveys.

You might spend several minutes just answering qualifier questions before finding out you won’t make it past that part and onto the actual paying survey.

Green Panthera won’t pay you for the time you spend qualifying for its surveys.

Cash Shopping

Click on the Shops link in the top menu and you’ll head to the cash shopping area of Green Panthera.

This is similar to cash back shopping you’d do on Swagbucks, InboxDollars, Ebates, or similar sites.

Find a site you want to shop on, click the link in Green Panthera, complete your purchase for qualifying items or categories, and you’ll receive cash back in your Green Panthera account.

It looks like most shopping offers here give you between 3% and 6% cash back for your purchases, but I also see some that are 9% or higher.

Compared to other sites I use (Swagbucks and Ebates are my favorites for cash back shopping), the cash back offers seem kind of low here, but they aren’t terrible.

Coupons

Green Panthera will also pay you to save money when you shop by using its coupons.

According to reviews, you should be able to click and use available coupons to receive a few cents back into your Green Panthera account once you use them.

Unfortunately, I’m not seeing any coupons on the site.

I’m not sure if it’s a glitch with the website or if it’s just that no coupons are available when I log in (I’ve tried on three separate days), but all I’m seeing is a blank screen on this page.

Referrals

The site also gives you a chance to earn some money based on what your friends earn through its referral program.

Unfortunately, I don’t think Green Panthera gives you a bonus when a friend signs up under you.

But you can earn 10% of everything a friend earns.

So, if she completes a survey for $0.50, you get $0.05.

Completing an offer for a $10 reward gives you $1, so it’s a pretty good way to keep boosting your earnings without having to do all the work yourself.

To get other people to sign up as your referral, you just need to have them use the link Green Panthera provides in your personal account area.

When people sign up, you’ll see their names listed in the Friends List area.

Green Panthera Payments

Again, this is an area I had some trouble trying to figure out because the site is so lacking in information!

But I do know that you get paid via PayPal, so having an active PayPal account is a must if you want to use Green Panthera.

According to other reviews on the web from real members, you need $30 in your account to cash out, although nothing on the site indicates this.

To cash out, type in the amount you want to withdraw (you can find this area in your personal account section) and hit the Make Cashout button.

Green Panthera says it can take several days to receive a payment, which is unfortunate considering that PayPal payments are supposed to be quick!

Green Panthera Reviews

I don’t want all the information about Green Panthera coming just from my mouth and my experience because I know everyone will have their own unique experience with the site.

That’s why I looked into several other reviews to see what other members have said.

I also checked out some other authority review sites to see what they have to say.

To my surprise, this site isn’t even one that SurveyPolice rankings cover, but I did find some helpful information on places like TrustPilot and Reddit from people who have used the site.

Here’s what they had to say:

The Good

Honestly, I haven’t found much in the way of “good” information about Green Panthera.

Most of the praise has to do with the site using PayPal as its payment method and there being a lot of offers to choose from.

I’ve also seen some people show proofs of their payments to prove to others that this site isn’t a scam and does, indeed, pay when you hit your minimum cashout balance and use the site correctly without cheats or fraud.

Another pro is that there are a lot of offers here between the three partnered companies you can choose from with a huge range of activities you can do to make some money.

That includes completely free offers that only require a quick sign up or an app download to earn some money.

There’s definitely something for everyone in the OfferWall section.

Otherwise, most of the comments lean more toward the negative side.

The Bad

One of the first complaints I want to talk about is one that I totally agree with: The minimum cashout amount of $30 is a lot.

If you don’t want to pay money to make money in the form of offers or cash back shopping, it’s going to take you a while, most likely, to reach $30.

The surveys are rather low paying and if you don’t have a bunch of referrals who are active on the site, all that money will need to come from surveys, which could seem like a neverending process.

Most other GPT sites let you cash out at $10 or $20, which is a lot more doable for most people.

Another complaint is one that I also have an issue with: The site has zero information about it!

There’s not even a quick About Us page, a basic FAQ section, or even a contact page.

When you click Contact Us, all you get is a small pop-up with an email address.

No mailing address, no phone number, no live chat.

It’s not surprising that several members note that they have had no luck getting through to that support email when they have an issue that they need addressed promptly.

The next complaint is all about money.

Check out the reviews on TrustPilot to see what I’m talking about.

You’ll notice that several people mention that they haven’t gotten paid in some form or another.

For example, some reviewers mention that upon trying to cash out their earnings, their accounts got suspended instead of receiving their money.

Others say that they never get credited for the surveys they spend several minutes (or even an hour!) taking.

Some others say that they’ve been waiting over a month for their payment, but when they go to log into their accounts to check on it, the site tells them their email address isn’t recognized, like they are no longer a member of the site.

These issues are significant red flags; it almost seems like the company is trying to avoid making payments to members.

Most of the payment proofs I’ve seen are older, from 2017 and 2018, when Green Panthera was still pretty new.

The complaints about not getting paid are more recent within the last few months, so it’s possible that the company has gotten overwhelmed with members and owed payments and has avoided the issue by closing down accounts instead of confronting the problem.

GreenPanthera Review: Is It Legit or a Scam?

Green Panthera likely isn’t a place I’d want to spend my time because I don’t know for sure that it’ll pay me the money I’ve earned.

I’m not sure that the site is necessarily a scam.

It’s hard to say, because there definitely are legitimate payment proofs floating around on the web, like in Reddit threads about the site.

The people who have had their accounts closed down could have performed some sort of action that Green Panthera thought was fraud – the truth is we don’t know, so we can’t judge too harshly.

With that being said, there are some definite red flags I have with this site, like people not getting paid, not being able to get a hold of support for several weeks or months, and no transparency from Green Panthera itself.

I tend to avoid sites that are so lacking in information that you can’t even find a simple answer to a question you might have, like how much you need in your account to get paid!

Instead, you have to find out from online reviews and forum discussions, which isn’t the way it should be.

I would definitely proceed with caution with this one if you’re considering trying it out.

If you don’t get your $5 sign-up bonus when you register and fill out your profile, you probably should just cancel your account (you can do this from the account area) and move onto a different site that’s proven to work and pay, like Swagbucks.

Have you used Green Panthera? We’d love to hear from you if you’ve had success here and have gotten paid (or if you haven’t!). Please leave a comment down below to help others!
